-For any service if you are using an acne cream, retinol or tretinoin you need to refrain from using that 7 days before treatment, or the service may be modified or rescheduled. -If you have any cuts, cold sores, open wounds or infections you must wait to schedule until you are fully healed for your safety and mine. -Any cancellation or reschedule with less than 36 hours’ notice may result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows are 50% as well. Your appointment automatically will cancel 15 minutes after no show and no communication with me.
