Cancellation Policy
-Less than 36 hours’ notice for cancellations/reschedules = 50% fee.
-No-shows = 50% fee; appointments are cancelled after 15 minutes with no communication.
-Stop acne creams/retinol/tretinoin 7 days before treatment or service may be adjusted/rescheduled.
-No cuts, cold sores, open wounds, or infections—must be fully healed before booking.
