For any service if you are using an acne cream, retinol or tretinoin you need to refrain from using that 7 days before treatment. If you have any cuts, cold sores or infections you have to wait until you are fully healed for your safety and mine. Any cancellation or reschedule with less than 36 hours’ notice may result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows are 50% as well. Your appointment automatically will cancel 15 minutes after no show and no communication with me.
